A nice selection of British coins have been listed today, starting with some really rare sceat’s, an example of the rarely seen Aelfwald II’s short lived coinage and the coveted ‘Fledgling type’ from the Secondary series.
Still with the Saxon’s a selection of pennies of Aethelred and Edward the Confessor then important Medieval pieces like Robert the Bruce of Scotland and Oliver Cromwell.

Today we have uploaded a wonderful selection of English artefacts. With items dating from the Iron Age, Roman, Anglo Saxon, Viking and Medieval periods if you collect artefacts there’s probably something for you!
These are personal items which much time and effort has gone in to producing, evident with the wonderful art work and inscriptions on display.
Included is a fantastic hoard of Bronze Age axe heads found in Wales and some seldom seen Romano British items.
