How to buy
Firstly you will need to register/login, this can be done by clicking the ‘my account’ button in the top right of the screen. Follow the onscreen instructions, if you have already registered & are a returning user then you will need to login using your email address & password. Once you have done this you are ready to purchase items. When you find an item that you wish to buy click the ‘add to basket’ button and continue shopping. When you wish to checkout click the ‘basket’ button in the top right corner of any page, this will take you to a list of all the items you wish to purchase. Postage will be calculated and added automatically, once you have checked your items click ‘proceed to checkout’. On the next page you will be able to check your address details and select a payment method, we accept payment by PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, or by bank transfer (for the latter please email us for an invoice).
At all stages you will receive email confirmation from us, this is system generated and sometimes filtered in to Junk mail folders, please check these if you don’t hear from us when expected.
Rarely the item you have ordered may have been sold while we are away from the office (at an event or similar), if this is the case we will be in touch and refund your payment in full as soon as possible.
