How to buy

Firstly you will need to register, this can be done by clicking the ‘register’ button in the top left of the screen. If you have already registered & are a returning user then you will need to login using your email address & password. Once you have done this you are ready to purchase items. When you find an item that you wish to buy click the ‘add to shopping basket’ button and continue shopping. When you wish to checkout click the ‘my basket’ at the top of the page, this will take you to a list of all the items you wish to purchase. Once you have checked them & selected your preferred shipping method then you are ready to send your list.

We will confirm your order, usually within 24 hours & you will then be able to select a payment method & proceed to complete your order.

At all stages you will recieve email confirmation from us, this is system generated and sometimes filtered in to Junk mail folders, please check these if you don’t hear from us when expected.

It is necessary for us to first confirm your order as some of our items are on sale elsewhere, thus everything is offered subject to prior sale.

Certificates of Authenticity (COA)

As members of the BNTA all of our items are guaranteed to be genuine and as described. With this is mind our invoice is all the certification you will need for your purchase however if you would prefer a separate COA please ask at the time of purchase and this will be provided.
