Outbound Shipping
We offer shipping by the following methods:
UK CUSTOMERS
1. Royal Mail Special Delivery – £12.00 (UK Only, tracked & insured to full value, guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm (from time of posting))
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
1. UPS Courier (PREFERRED) – Express Saver, not available for PO boxes, USA £25, Other Countries price varies, generally £20-£50. Tracked & insured to full value, signature required upon delivery. Delivery within approximately 5-7 days. Please email if you would like a quote.
2. Royal Mail International Tracked – £15-19.99 (Worldwide, tracked, insured to full value). PLEASE NOTE; Delivery within approximately 10-14 days, sometimes longer due to customs delays. Above UPS option is generally much faster and more reliable.
We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible but sometimes this may not be the same day as payment is received. We always contact you to let you know when we are sending your package and forward tracking details.
All relevant paperwork relating to shipping will be completed by us where necessary.
Inbound Shipping
UK CUSTOMERS
Please package well and send your items to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is available at any post office and is both insured & guaranteed next day delivery. Our postal address is:

Please be sure to include your name, address and contact phone number in the package so than we can confirm safe receipt.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Please contact us to discuss options. We are happy to arrange a secure courier pick up if required and have insurance in place to cover inbound packages for peace of mind.
