Regini Gold Quarter Stater 1st Century BC Bearded Head type, Extremely rare.

This is thought to be the quarter stater linked to the Extremely Rare Yarmouth type stater. It’s design is probably copied from Gallo Belgic Morini quarter staters, similar to the Belgae Hampshire Thunderbolt and Durotrigan quarters but with much artistic licence. The reverse looks to me like a fishing scene with nets and lobsters!
